ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Southern Crappie Rods website and your purchase of products from Southern Crappie Rods. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

We work to describe and display our fishing rods, rod holders, baits, apparel, and accessories accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and product details may vary slightly. Products, pricing, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel or limit an order affected by an error or unavailable product.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide current, accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available delivery options are shown during checkout. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment service providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Orders are generally shipped within three business days by USPS. Available shipping choices, including overnight service where available, are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Returns, exchanges, and refunds require contacting Southern Crappie Rods within seven calendar days after delivery and are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Southern Crappie Rods provides a 180-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects and damage caused during shipment, beginning on the delivery date. Proof of purchase and information reasonably needed to evaluate the claim may be required. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, accidents, unauthorized modification, normal wear, or damage unrelated to manufacturing or shipping. Shipping costs are not covered unless Southern Crappie Rods agrees otherwise in writing. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate and as permitted by law.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

WEBSITE USE

You may use this site only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use site content to violate any law or third-party right.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Southern Crappie Rods name, logos, product photographs, graphics, written content, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Southern Crappie Rods and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
